Every EverPawCraft portrait begins with a special photo and a story worth celebrating.

Because our products are personalized, your order goes through several stages before it reaches you. This policy explains how artwork preparation, approval, production, and delivery work.

1. Artwork Preparation & Preview

After your order is placed and we receive the photos and customization details needed to begin, our design team will prepare your personalized artwork.

Estimated artwork preview time: 1–2 business days.

Your artwork preview will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Please check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, for updates from EverPawCraft.

2. Artwork Approval

Once your preview is ready, you will have the opportunity to review your personalized design.

You can approve the artwork or request adjustments before production begins.

Please note that requests for changes, delayed responses, or additional customization may extend the overall processing time.

Production begins after the final artwork has been approved.

3. Production Time

Once your artwork has been approved, your order will move into production.

For our standard custom printed portraits and eligible personalized gift products, the estimated production time is approximately 4 days.

Original hand-painted portraits may require a different production timeline depending on the artwork's size, complexity, and customization requirements. Please refer to the relevant product page for specific details.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

5. Digital Artwork Delivery

For digital-only purchases, your completed artwork will be delivered electronically to the email address associated with your order after the applicable design and approval process.

No physical product will be shipped for digital-only orders.

Where a complimentary digital artwork file is included with an eligible physical portrait purchase, the digital file is provided as part of that purchase at no additional charge.

Digital delivery times may vary depending on artwork preparation, revisions, and final approval.

6. Holiday & Peak-Season Orders

During busy periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other major holidays, artwork preparation, production, and shipping may take longer than usual.

We recommend placing personalized gift orders well in advance, especially if they are intended for a particular celebration.

Any holiday ordering deadlines published on our website are based on the information available at that time and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Delivery Issues, Damage or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, please contact us at support@everpawcraft.com.

For damaged or incorrect items, please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging, where possible.

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, remake, refund, or another remedy as required by applicable law.

If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
